IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT ACCESS OR OTHERWISE USE THIS SITE OR ANY INFORMATION CONTAINED ON THE SITE. YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE YOUR AGREEMENT TO ABIDE BY EACH OF THE TERMS SET FORTH BELOW.

Introduction to Bidjob

Bidjob provides an online and phone based service that connects Irish homeowners to local contractors, professionals and tradespeople (Service Providers). Homeowners complete a simple, online form and provide Bidjob with details of the requested home service. Bidjob then uses its advanced technology systems to align the home service request with qualified professionals in the local area. Bidjob offers a quick and easy one-stop-shop for identifying qualified and available Service Providers for all the routine tasks that householders have from time to time. Bidjob similarly helps Service Providers and professionals to grow their business by providing a notification service for all new business opportunities in their region. They can then decide if they wish to bid for this business or not based on their current workload and availability.

The service is free for Homeowners while Service Providers pay a registration fee as well as a lead fee for any jobs they are interested in.

General Services

Once you have registered with Bidjob We will identify a list of Service Providers in your locality, if any who may want to fulfill your job needs. We do not however guarantee that Service Providers will be available to complete your job request or tender for the business.

Refunds/Cancellation Policy

Service Providers may request a refund or cancel your subscription to our service up to 30 days after your initial registration. Bidjob will fully refund your registration fee minus the cost of any leads which may have been issued to you in that period.

Service Provider Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Service Providers are registered users of the Bidjob site and are not employees or Service Providers of JobLot Ltd (T/A Bidjob). Thus we are unable to guarantee the quality of work completed by Service Providers registered on the Bidjob site, we do however provide a rating system that allows site users to rate the quality of work completed. Bidjob does not promote individual Service Providers and the onus is on you to reach an agreement on the pricing and detail of the job directly with the Service Provider. Furthermore JobLot Ltd (T/A Bidjob) does not guarantee quality of a Service Providers work.

Integrity of Information

Knowingly inputting false information into the Bidjob site is fraudulent and illegal. Accordingly, if you do enter false information into the Bidjob site the company has the right to immediately terminate your access to the site and initiate without notice legal proceedings to seek appropriate damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, legal fees, and costs.

Dispute Resolution

Bidjob is not responsible for the relationship you have with a registered Service Provider. Should you have a dispute with a Service Provider, this dispute should be dealt with directly with the Service Provider. AND YOU HEREBY AGREE TO RELEASE JOBLOT LTD (TRADING AS BIDJOB) AND ITS EMPLOYEES FROM ANY DAMAGES AND CLAIMS.

Restricted Areas of the Site

Certain functions of the Site are restricted to authorized users or require you to provide personal information ("Restricted Areas"). If you are an authorized user of the Restricted Areas, you agree that you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password or your employees' passwords and account information, if any, and agree to notify Bidjob if the password is lost, stolen, disclosed to an unauthorized third party, or otherwise may have been compromised. You agree that you are entirely responsible for any and all activities which occur under your account, including any fees which may be incurred under your password-protected account, whether or not you are the individual who undertakes such activities. You agree to immediately notify Bidjob of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security in relation to the Site known to you.

Privacy Policy

Your use of the Site is governed by the Bidjob Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy").

WWW Link Policy

Bidjob makes no representations whatsoever about any other web site which you may access through this one or which may link to this Site. When you access a non-Bidjob web site, please understand that it is independent from Bidjob, and that Bidjob has no control over the content on that web site. In addition, a link to a Bidjob web site does not mean that Bidjob endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content, or the use, of such web site.

You agree that Bidjob can revise these Terms at any time without notice by updating this posting. You agree that your continued use of the Site after such modifications have been made constitutes your acceptance of such revised Terms. Any action related to these Terms will be governed by Irish law without regard to the choice or conflicts of law provisions of any jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Dublin, Ireland for the resolution of all disputes arising from or related to these Terms and/or your use of the Site.
